Jordan Baris training is comprised of classroom training, manager support, agent mentors, weekly sales meetings and outside speakers.
Mentors assist new associates in aspects of the listing and selling processes. For example:
Preparing a complete and compelling listing presentation with market analysis
In-putting of listing into the multiple listing service
Preparing agents personal file
Processing internal paperwork
Following up with seller and agents
Presenting of offers
Processing transaction and arranging for fire department, municipal and purchasers inspections
Providing comparable sales for appraisers
Jordan Baris University’s classroom training provides spaced training for new agents as well as creating an opportunity for experienced agents to enhance their knowledge, skills and success.
We believe that a 2 – 3 week initial training class for new agents is not the best path for success. They have no frame of reference or context to absorb and process the information. Consequently, Jordan Baris University offers a rolling curriculum of classes, scheduled 3x per week 1 ½ – 2 hours per day and runs bi-monthly. A representative sampling of topics covered are:
